- Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements for residential and commercial spaces.
- Conduct site visits and gather project requirements.
- Present design concepts, product catalogs, and material options to clients.
- Coordinate with interior designers and project execution teams to develop customized proposals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in interior sales, modular furniture, home décor, construction materials, or a related industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes is an advantage.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
