A GM-Projects should plan, execute, and oversees projects from

initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within

budget, and meet defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

GM-Projects will be responsible for leading projects through the entire project

lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Core duties include:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Define objectives, create detailed project plans,

timelines, and milestones, and allocate resources effectively.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, optimize resource

allocation, and ensure cost efficiency.

Team Leadership and Coordination: Assemble and manage cross-functional teams,

assign tasks, facilitate communication, and resolve conflicts.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between clients,

vendors, team members, and upper management, providing regular updates and reports.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement

contingency plans to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and

adhere to organizational protocols.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, track progress, and

report key performance indicators to stakeholders.





Required Skills

Successful GM-Projects combine technical expertise with strong leadership and

interpersonal skills:

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in software like Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana,

or Gantt charts for planning and tracking.

Communication and Collaboration: Ability to clearly convey information, facilitate

teamwork, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Quickly address challenges, adapt plans, and

maintain project momentum.

Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects

simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Leadership and Emotional Intelligence: Motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a

productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Qualified) or equivalent certifications are

highly valued and can increase earning potential.

Experience: Proven experience managing projects, preferably in the relevant industry,

with a track record of delivering projects successfully

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
