Business Overview

The Content Strategy & Operations (CSO) team is part of Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), a global organization within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS). ECMX enables high-quality, innovative marketing by providing campaign consultation, execution support, and developing best-in-class products and processes that modernize the marketing ecosystem. Every year, ECMX helps business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns.

Within ECMX, the Content Strategy & Operations (CSO) is responsible for the governance, management, and maintenance of U.S. marketing content across channels. The team ensures marketing content remains accurate, compliant, and up to date by managing content within the Marketing Digital Asset Manager (DAM), supporting new product launches and benefit updates, driving content governance, and enabling large-scale content transformation initiatives.

Join our 6-month paid apprenticeship program, where you will gain hands-on experience working with marketing operations, content management, project coordination, and cross-functional business partners. - Willingness to learn marketing operations, content management, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exposure to project management concepts, Agile methodologies, or digital marketing processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems or digital asset management tools is a plus.
