Senior Integration Architect Pan India, Chennai · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role The Senior Integration Architect will define, own, and govern the end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise systems, leading solution design and acting as a primary interface between business stakeholders and IT. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Success in this role means establishing and enforcing integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, own, and govern the end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise systems
- Lead solution design using SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, influencing architecture decisions and integration strategy
- Anchor and lead offshore integration teams across multiple initiatives, ensuring design and delivery excellence
- Collaborate closely with client architect teams to define scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions
- Lead architecture forums, design workshops, and technical steering committees,



driving decision-making and governance
- Drive thought leadership, innovation, and POCs to modernize integration capabilities
- Establish and enforce integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks

Requirements

- Develop strong integration architecture and enterprise platforms with 12+ years of experience
- Demonstrate proven expertise in SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake
- Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders and drive alignment
- Support client-facing roles within offshore delivery models with solid experience
- Support commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, CRM ecosystems
- Communicate effectively with executives, influencing and leading
- Drive architectural governance and handle complex, large-scale integration landscapes
