Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:-

Client Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after project onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide timely updates regarding project progress, design approvals, production, installation, and completion.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Site Execution, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal departments.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong, skilled relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized support.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a consistent service experience.

Issue Resolution

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up until customer concerns are completely resolved.

CRM & Documentation

- Maintain accurate customer records,



project details, and communication history in the CRM system.
- Document customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.
- Ensure all client information is updated and organized for effective project management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Home Décor, Construction, or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
