About the Project

SaarthiX is an AI-powered Career Intelligence and Employability Platform designed to bridge the gap between students, educational institutions, and industries. As part of our market research and product validation initiative, we are conducting a large-scale survey to understand students' career aspirations, placement challenges, skill gaps, and institutional requirements.

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Freelance Field Survey Executives to conduct surveys across educational institutions and collect high-quality data from students and college representatives.

Project Scope

The selected freelancer will be responsible for collecting survey responses from:

- 1,000 Students
- 30 Colleges / Educational Institutions

The collected data will be used for market research, product development, and improving career guidance solutions offered by SaarthiX across Karnataka and TamilNadu.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Field Survey Execution

- Visit assigned colleges and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with college authorities to conduct survey activities.
- Explain the purpose of the SaarthiX survey to students and faculty.
- Ensure smooth execution of the survey process.

2. Student Data Collection

- Collect survey responses from a minimum of 1,000 students.
- Guide students in completing the survey accurately.
- Ensure responses are genuine, complete, and authentic.
- Clarify survey questions whenever required.

College Coordination

- Build professional relationships with college placement cells, faculty members, and administrative staff.
- Obtain necessary permissions before conducting surveys.
- Coordinate survey schedules with institutional representatives.

4. Data Accuracy & Quality

- Verify all collected responses before submission.
- Ensure there are no duplicate or incomplete entries.
- Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy.

5. Reporting

- Submit daily progress reports to the project coordinator.
- Maintain records of:
- Number of colleges visited
- Number of students surveyed
- Survey completion status
- Challenges faced during field visits
- Provide timely updates on project milestones.

6. Documentation

- Maintain records of all assigned institutions.
- Submit completed surveys within the specified timelines.
- Ensure all collected information is properly documented and organized.

7. Professional Representation

- Represent SaarthiX professionally during all college visits.
- Communicate courteously with students, faculty, and college authorities.
- Uphold the organization's values and maintain confidentiality of collected data.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced freelancers are welcome to apply.




- Prior experience in field surveys, research, sales, marketing, or community outreach is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with students and college authorities.
- Strong persuasion and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, or similar data collection tools.
- Willingness to travel to assigned colleges.

Deliverables

The freelancer will be expected to successfully complete:

- Survey responses from 1,000 students
- Survey responses and institutional information from 30 colleges
- Daily progress updates
- Accurate and validated survey data submitted within the project timeline

- Accuracy and quality of collected data
- Timely completion of assigned targets
