Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Supervisor to oversee residential interior site execution. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, maintain quality standards, coordinate with installation teams, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site execution.
- Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify site readiness before installation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct site measurements and resolve execution-related issues.
- Track material availability and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1.5–5 years of experience in residential interior project/site supervision.
- Experience in modular kitchen and home interior execution is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior site execution.
- Positive leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and project reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential interior projects.
- Customer-focused with solid attention to quality.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
