The Chance
This isn’t a desk job.
This is an opportunity to become a key growth partner in building one of Bangalore’s premium interior brands.
Your role is to identify, build and nurture relationships that generate premium interior projects, typically valued at ₹30 lakh and above.

Your Responsibilities
Develop strategic partnerships with:
* Luxury Real Estate Consultants
* Premium Builders & Developers
* Builder Sales & CRM Teams
* Architects & PMCs
* Property Consultants
* Channel Partners
* Relocation Consultants
* Wealth Managers
* Premium Apartment Communities
* Villa Communities
* Hospitality & Lifestyle Partners
* Referral Networks
You will:
* Build long-term relationships
* Represent Kalavya Atelier professionally
* Generate qualified business opportunities
* Schedule meetings and site visits
* Coordinate client introductions
* Maintain regular follow-ups
* Update CRM and weekly activity reports

* Comfortable meeting senior professionals and HNI clients
* Passion for relationship building
* Prior experience in real estate, interiors, architecture, luxury products, hospitality, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
Initial 3-Month Probation
This is a performance-based engagement designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to generate quality business.
During probation:
* No fixed monthly salary
* Approved business and travel expenses reimbursed
* Attractive commission on every successfully converted project
* Commission payable after the client confirms the project by paying the initial advance
* Higher-value projects attract higher earning potential
Outstanding performers may be offered a permanent role before completion of probation.
