Jr. Business Development Executive (Upto 2 Years) - Sola Ahmedabad ( OnSite )

Moon Technolabs is hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team in Sola, Ahmedabad. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with strong communication skills to support international IT service sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end international sales, client outreach, and initial client communication to generate qualified leads.
- Manage project acquisition through bidding portals and execute lead generation via LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Gather client requirements and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate client calls, product demos, and meetings with the technical and sales teams.
- Research market trends, competitors, and identify current business opportunities in international markets.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales outreach strategies and lead generation efforts.




- Create compelling outreach campaigns and value-driven communication content.
- Utilize AI-powered sales automation tools to streamline lead generation and email outreach.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in International IT Service Sales (Web, Mobile App, Software Development, or related services).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with client communication and relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM software, bidding portals, lead generation tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Certifications in Inbound Sales, HubSpot, AI Marketing, or Sales Automation will be an added advantage.
