The Purchase Executive is responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials required for flooring projects. The role involves vendor coordination, purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and maintaining procurement records to ensure uninterrupted project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).

- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

- Follow up on material deliveries to ensure timely receipt at project sites.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.

- Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and Project teams regarding material requirements.

- Track inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.

- Verify supplier invoices,



delivery challans, and Material Test Certificates (MTCs).

- Resolve issues related to shortages, damaged materials, or delayed deliveries.

- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and approved budgets.

- Prepare weekly and monthly purchase reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- On-time material procurement.

- Cost savings through effective negotiation.

- Purchase Order accuracy.

- Vendor performance and coordination.

- Timely documentation and reporting.

- Zero material shortages affecting project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
