We are looking for an experienced Head – Business Development (US Staffing) to drive revenue growth through Direct Client Acquisition, Enterprise Sales, Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, and RPO services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and onboard enterprise Direct Clients.
- Expand strategic staffing partnerships and vendor empanelments.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle including RFP/RFI/RFQ, MSA/SOW negotiations, and account management.
- Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment and long-term growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of US Staffing models (W2, C2C & 1099)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience:

- Proven success in acquiring enterprise Direct Clients
- Solid network with Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Vendor Management teams
- Experience building and scaling Business Development teams

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must already have enterprise Direct Client relationships and should be capable of onboarding those clients with the organization.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
