Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Executive to drive sales, manage retailer and distributor relationships, and expand market presence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, business development, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities and increase product sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Retail Sales, or Distribution Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
