Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
