We are looking for a Fleet Manager who can efficiently manage daily vehicle operations, optimize shift scheduling and cab allocation, and ensure cost-effective and timely transportation.
Fleet Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Manage Drivers and daily operations of company vehicles (Cabs)
- Plan and optimize drivers shift scheduling and cab management for productive employee transport
- Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor driver performance, safety, and route efficiency and prepare report
- Maintain records (insurance, registration, permits)
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery time using tools like Google Maps
Qualifications:
- Graduate (MBA, BBA / B.Com / B.Tech preferred)
- 2–6 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transport operations
- Should know MS excel, google sheets
