Responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining hygiene standards, controlling inventory, and ensuring efficient food preparation during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage inventory and kitchen stock
- Coordinate food preparation during service
- Train junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Handle kitchen operations in Head Chef’s absence
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
