Sunstone Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBBS Telecaller to guide students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad admissions. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining university programs, generating admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and parents from company-generated leads.
- Explain MBBS Abroad programs, universities, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Schedule counselling sessions with admission advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by providing proper guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Assist students in collecting required documents for admission.




- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team for smooth processing.
- Stay updated on university information, NMC guidelines, visa procedures, and admission deadlines.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Positive interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, education counselling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
