Position: Accountant Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 (In-Hand) per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Record GST and TDS accounting entries while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Handle end-to-end accounts finalization independently (Mandatory).
- Prepare and post journal entries related to finalization of accounts.
- Perform monthly TDS calculations, reconciliations, and related workings.
- Perform monthly GST calculations, reconciliations, and assist with GST filings.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and other management reports.
- Coordinate directly with the Directors on financial matters and provide regular updates.
- Assist statutory auditors by providing the required financial records and documentation.




- Ensure timely reconciliation of all ledger accounts and maintain financial accuracy.

Mandatory Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Accounts Finalisation is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, with the ability to use it independently for all accounting functions, is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations and compliance.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and supporting audit processes.
- Good reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per month
