We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, analytical models, and visual dashboards to support decision-making across product, operations, and leadership teams. You will work directly with relational databases, clean complex datasets, and analyze business metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex technical data structures and core business strategy. You will be responsible for querying large databases, validating data integrity, writing automated reporting workflows, and presenting statistical findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

This position requires hands-on proficiency with SQL, statistical computing languages (Python or R), and business intelligence platforms to transform unstructured data into transparent, reliable reporting.

Core Responsibilities

- Data Querying & Analysis: Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries to extract, join, and manipulate data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Exploratory Data Analysis: Perform ad-hoc exploratory analysis to investigate business performance, track operational KPIs, and identify underlying trend drivers or anomalies.
- Data Cleansing & Validation: Audit incoming datasets, resolve data quality issues, and validate figures across disparate systems to ensure high data integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:



Translate complex quantitative findings into clear visual presentations and actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify manual reporting bottlenecks and automate recurring analytical workflows using Python, R, or SQL scripts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Quantitative Business Analyst.
- Advanced SQL: Strong hands-on proficiency writing complex SQL queries (window functions, CTEs, multi-table joins, subqueries, and aggregations).
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience developing reports and building functional dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI tools.
- Programming Skills: Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and script automation.
- Database & Data Modeling: Solid understanding of relational database design, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL).
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a rigorous approach to data validation, root-cause analysis, and quantitative modeling.

Technical Competencies (Preferred)

- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Apache Airflow).
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis methods (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, sample size determination).
- Familiarity with Git for version control of analytical scripts and SQL queries.

Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
