- Lead requirement gathering workshops process assessments and fitgap analysis
- Define and optimize PLM business processes including
- Product Data Management PDM
- BOM Management
- Change Configuration Management
- Document Management
- Requirements Management
- Manufacturing Process Management
- Develop PLM roadmaps governance models and operating procedures
- Align business requirements with Teamcenter standard capabilities and best practices
- Support business process harmonization across global engineering organizations

Solution Architecture

- Define endtoend Teamcenter solution architecture and deployment strategy
- Create architecture blueprints functional specifications and technical design documents
- Architect scalable secure and highperforming Teamcenter environments
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Define integration and Digital Thread strategies across enterprise applications
