Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy, sourcing quality PPE materials at competitive costs.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.
- Oversee cost control, inventory management, and risk mitigation for supply chain continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and recent product development.
- Mentor and develop the procurement team, driving digital transformation through ERP and analytics.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and strategic procurement leadership.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital procurement tools.
