We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can independently manage software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end software development projects from planning to successful delivery.
- Gather business requirements and prepare project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Allocate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Communicate regularly with clients, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.
- Prepare project documentation including BRDs, SRS, meeting notes, release plans, and project reports.
- Work closely with technical leads to define project architecture, estimates, and implementation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and team productivity.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, QA processes, and release management.
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing software development projects.




- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
- Experience managing projects involving:
- Adobe Commerce (Magento)
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- WordPress
- Laravel
- React.js
- Node.js
- Next.js
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with GitHub and coordinating development workflows.
- Solid documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia).
- Basic understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Experience coordinating eCommerce or SaaS projects.
- Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile Certification is an added advantage.
