About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Engineer to lead software demonstrations / adoption, and customer assistance for our portfolio of AEC software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background, positive communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of AEC software including ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, Autodesk, IDEA StatiCa, Bluebeam, Solibri, RISA, ADAPT, Karamba3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Tekla Structures, or similar solutions will be an added advantage.
- Provide technical support, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct software demonstrations, webinar, user training, and technical presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and training materials.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.





Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, or IT engineering concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of engineering software and its practical applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and training.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Experience in Technical Support, Application Engineering, Pre-Sales, or a similar technical role.
- Experience with AEC, CAD/BIM, structural analysis, or engineering software will be an added advantage.
