Position: AI-Native Software Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative and curious Software Developer who is passionate about using Artificial Intelligence to transform the way software is built.

The role requires someone who actively experiments with the latest AI technologies, coding assistants, AI agents, and automation frameworks to create practical business solutions faster and more efficiently.

The ideal candidate should be a builder — someone who can explore new tools, create prototypes quickly, automate processes, and convert ideas into working applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Software Development

- Build web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and business solutions using modern AI-assisted development practices.
- Use AI coding tools and agents to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and identify practical use cases for business improvement.
- Design and develop AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automation solutions.

AI Agents & Automation

- Develop intelligent agents and automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
- Integrate AI models with existing software, databases, APIs, and business processes.
- Explore opportunities where AI can replace repetitive tasks and improve decision-making.

Application Development

- Convert business requirements into functional applications rapidly.
- Work with modern programming languages,



cloud platforms, databases, and development frameworks.
- Create scalable, maintainable solutions using a combination of traditional coding and AI-enhanced development.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, coding agents, and software engineering practices.
- Test current technologies and demonstrate practical applications through prototypes and experiments.
- Recommend and implement AI solutions across different business functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Software developer with strong fundamentals in programming and problem solving.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and cloud-based development preferred.
- Hands-on experimentation with AI coding assistants, LLMs, AI agents, and automation tools.
- Ability to independently learn new technologies and apply them practically.
- Portfolio of AI experiments, applications, automations, or innovative projects will be highly valued.

Qualification
Computer Science / Engineering background preferred, but proven ability to build innovative AI-driven solutions matters more than formal qualifications.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who is constantly exploring what is possible with AI — and can use it to build in days what previously took weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
