CNC Lathe Programmer

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up CNC machining centers for precision manufacturing of components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and machining instructions.
- Perform machine setting, tool changing, offset corrections, and first-piece approval.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production as per quality and productivity standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow 5S and safety practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations

Required Skills

- Experience in CNC machine operation and machine setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and maintain close tolerances.
- Knowledge of Fanuc CNC controls is preferred.
- Good understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and quality inspection.
- Robust focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
