- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Conduct training and development initiatives.
- Partner with department heads on manpower planning and workforce management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,281.96 per month
