Job Summary:
Responsible for vehicle billing, invoice preparation, data entry, record maintenance, and coordination with Sales, Accounts, Finance, and Registration departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle sales invoices and billing documents.
- Verify customer, vehicle, finance, and insurance details.
- Update records in DMS/ERP software.
- Maintain billing and delivery documentation.
- Ensure GST compliance and billing accuracy.
- Generate daily sales and billing reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field.
- Knowledge of DMS/ERP and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and data management skills.
- Experience in automobile dealership billing preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
