Business Development Manager (Night Shift) – IT Services

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate international business for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and closing deals for CRM development, web development, mobile apps, automation, AI, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, and other B2B channels.
- Identify and engage potential clients from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Europe.
- Conduct client meetings via Google Meet and Zoom.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and handovers.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Experience selling IT services such as CRM, ERP, Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, Automation, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo.io, or similar lead generation tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Working Hours : Rotatary based on project

- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (IST)
- Monday to Saturday
- Work From Home
