Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, articulate, and strategic Content Writer with 1+ years of experience to define and elevate our brand’s voice. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-converting copy across all touchpoints—including website copy, product descriptions, blogs, email campaigns, and ad copy.

The ideal candidate has a deep love for the beauty industry, a native understanding of skincare/cosmetic ingredients, and the unique ability to turn complex product features into emotional, benefit-driven narratives that resonate with our community.

Key Responsibilities

√Brand Voice Ownership: Maintain, refine, and enforce a cohesive, premium, and relatable brand voice across all digital and print mediums.

√Product Copywriting: Craft engaging, compliant, and persuasive product descriptions, packaging copy, and how-to-use guides for new and existing launches.

√Content Marketing & Blogging: Conceptualize and write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, trend articles, and educational content focused on beauty routines, ingredient breakdowns, and skincare/makeup tips.

√Campaign & Digital Ad Copy: Write high-converting copy for paid social media ads (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), Google ads, and catchy hooks for video scripts.

√Email & SMS Marketing:



Draft compelling subject lines and body copy for newsletters, product launch sequences, and customer retention campaigns.

√SEO Optimization: Conduct basic keyword research and integrate SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to our e-commerce platform without compromising the brand's aesthetic tone.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of professional copywriting or content writing experience, ideally within the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C retail sectors.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility—ranging from engaging, long-form educational blogs to snappy, high-converting ad copy and product descriptions.

Beauty & Ingredient Knowledge: Deep familiarity with cosmetic terms, skincare ingredients (e.g., Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Retinol), and the ability to explain them simply and safely to consumers.

SEO Savvy: Positive understanding of SEO principles, readability, and content optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Yoast).

Adaptability & Speed: Ability to shift tone between a playful, trendy social vibe and an authoritative, educational tone for skincare science.

Attention to Detail: Flawless grammar, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
