- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting) using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare BIM models at LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400 as per project requirements.
- Produce coordinated shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Generate schedules, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project specifications, and international standards.




- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement consultant/client comments.
- Update models based on site changes and RFIs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and model version control using BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
