Operations Manager– Swimming Pool Maintenance & AMC (Mumbai)
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee pool maintenance operations and AMC services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage pool maintenance & AMC operations
✅ Supervise technicians, pool operators & staff
✅ Coordinate with society managers, secretaries & chairpersons
✅ Handle client meetings, billing & outstanding collections
✅ Generate new AMC business opportunities
✅ Conduct weekly review meetings & submit reports
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations/Facility Management/AMC Services
- Robust team management & client handling skills
- Own motorcycle with valid driving license
- Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi
