Job Profile:

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the battery industry to drive sales, develop robust customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, dealer network management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks.
- Promote and sell automotive, inverter, industrial, or lithium battery products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback for management.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the battery, automotive, electrical, inverter, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of battery products, distribution channels, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is an advantage.
