Position Overview

Rita Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to oversee day-to-day workshop operations at our Rita Suzuki dealership in Angul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service staff, maintaining high standards of repair work, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly service revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Workshop Operations: Oversee daily service center activities, technician workflow, job card creation, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Team Management: Direct, support, and mentor workshop technicians, service advisors, and floor staff to ensure productivity and quality.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSI): Handle customer queries, address service complaints promptly, and ensure a top-tier customer experience.
- Inventory & Quality Control:



Coordinate spare parts availability with the inventory team and ensure repair work complies with OEM/Suzuki standards.
- Revenue & Targets: Drive workshop revenue, labor billing, and value-added service sales to achieve branch targets.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Automobile sector (Dealership experience preferred)
- Skills: Solid technical troubleshooting, workshop management, team leadership, and effective communication skills.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 9 hours / day (Includes break time)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
