Job Description – Office Boy

Location: Chandigarh

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Handle office cleaning, pantry management, and housekeeping tasks.

Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic office support work.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office items when required.

Refill pantry and office supplies as needed.

Help with setting up meeting rooms and assisting during meetings.

Support staff with day-to-day office requirements.

Ensure office furniture, equipment, and common areas are well maintained.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).

Prior experience as an Office Boy/Office Assistant is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Honest, responsible, and punctual.

Valuable communication and polite behavior.

Ability to perform multitasking and basic office support duties.
