We are looking for *Senior Customer Relationship Executive (SR CRE)* is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building long-term customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and ensure a premium showroom experience.

Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Follow up with customers for pending purchases, order updates, anniversaries, birthdays, and festive campaigns.

Promote jewellery savings schemes, loyalty programs, and exclusive offers.

Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion and repeat business.





Maintain customer database and update CRM records accurately.

Handle high-value and VIP customers with personalized service.

Achieve customer retention and customer satisfaction targets.

Assist in showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Monitor customer feedback and suggest service improvements.

Ensure compliance with showroom SOPs and company policies.
