Job Description – Customer Service Representative (Order & Payment

Coordinator)

Department: Sales & Customer Support
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Reporting To: Sales Director / Customer Service Manager

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides real-time order updates to customers and ensures timely payment collection through continuous coordination with customers, Sales, Accounts, Production, Stores, and Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customers with real-time updates on order status, production, dispatch, and delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with customers for payments before and after due dates.
- Coordinate with Accounts to confirm receipt of payments.
- Maintain records of customer communication, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts.




- Resolve customer issues professionally and collect feedback.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
- MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and organized.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or accounts receivable.
- Manufacturing/B2B experience preferred.
