Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Representative to promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales within the assigned territory. This role is ideal for candidates with robust communication skills and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, dealers, and customers in the assigned area.
- Promote and sell company products.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection and follow up on payments.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of experience in Field Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG Sales, or Direct Sales.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
