Responsibilities:

- Develop leads and convert them into successful clients.
- Develop / Contribute branding & marketing for all company activities – Projects, Training & graphic design.
- Primary BD responsibilities- BIM projects, Building design services – Architecture, Interior

Design & Engineering, BIM Training & Implementation and Staff Augmentation.

- Understanding the software products based on the Target Industries.
- Quote, Invoice,



providing accounting assistance on the sales and collecting the amount.
- Attend to customers’ requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Production & Accounts departments.
- Deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
- Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or to update them on the status of an order or a delivery.
- Handle telephone calls or acknowledge customers e-mails or letters.
- Handle incoming orders from sales representatives or via telephone, e-mail, and online ordering. Maintaining customer records.

Required Qualifications:

- BBA Graduate (2021, 2022 & 2023)
- Proven track record of superior organization and multi-tasking
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge with online marketing tools and best practices
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
