Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to manage and analyze customer data to support sales targeting and retargeting strategies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CRM tools and business software, and be able to convert raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, organize, and summarize customer data collected from multiple platforms.
- Study customer purchase behavior, preferences, and trends to identify sales opportunities.
- Support sales targeting and retargeting strategies using customer data insights.
- Segment customers based on demographics, purchase history, and engagement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues while recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute data-driven campaigns.
- Consolidate data from CRM systems, spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms,
and other business tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of sales funnels, customer segmentation, and retargeting concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and business tools.
What We Offer
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Final salary depends on interview and experience).
