Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: 6 Days (5 Days Work from Office + Saturday WFH)

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Business Leaders as the HRBP for assigned teams.
- Manage the Employee Lifecycle – Onboarding, Performance, Engagement, Retention & Exits.
- Drive Performance Reviews, Goal Setting, Feedback & PIPs.
- Handle Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Manage HR Data, Attrition, Headcount & People Metrics.
- Ensure HR Operations & Compliance through Keka HRMS.
- Support Talent Acquisition,



Workforce Planning & Manager Coaching.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as HRBP / HR Generalist / People Partner.
- Recent 2+ years in a B2B SaaS Product Company.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS (Mandatory).
- Solid experience in Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in HR Analytics, Reporting & Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills.
