Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

Placement Activities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with companies for student placements and internship opportunities.
- Coordinate campus drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Track placement performance and maintain accurate placement records and databases.
- Follow up with employers regarding job openings, interview schedules, and hiring status.
- Identify new industry partnerships to enhance placement opportunities for students.

HR Activities

- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source and screen candidates as per organizational requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation,



and personnel files.
- Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support various HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a

related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Placement, or Career Services.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related documentation.

Ability to coordinate with students, employers, and internal teams effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
