We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our energetic offline sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals by converting the walkins to potential Admissions. This role will collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Head, Business Head and City Head. They will play a crucial role in delivering a world class experience to our consumers .The concise responsibility of the incumbent would be as follows:

Responsibilities:

Walk-in Conversion:

- Engagewithwalk-in visitors, providing information about our programs and guiding them through the admissions process.

Lead Qualification:

- Assessandqualify potential students based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.

Admissions Guidance:

- Providedetailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects to prospective students.

Application Assistance:





- Assistapplicants in completing the admission forms and ensure all required documentation is submitted.

Interviews and Counseling:

- Conductinterviews and counseling sessions to understand the aspirations of prospective students and guide them towards suitable programs.

Collaboration with Academic Departments:

- Workclosely with academic departments to stay updated on course details, faculty expertise, and any changes in admission criteria.

CRM Management:

- Updateandmaintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure alignment in efforts to attract and convert prospective students.

Performance Metrics:

- Meetandexceedindividual and team-based admissions targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
