Company Profile

We are a growing real estate development company engaged in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, oversee project accounting, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure proper accounting of real estate projects, land purchases, construction expenses, and project-related transactions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow management.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Manage GST compliance, including GST applicable to real estate projects.
- Handle TDS, Income Tax, Qualified Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure timely filing of all regulatory returns and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities whenever required.

Real Estate Project Accounting

- Monitor project-wise budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Track project expenditures and construction costs.
- Prepare MIS reports for management regarding project performance.
- Ensure proper accounting of customer advances, bookings, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Support land acquisition transactions, joint development agreements, and redevelopment projects.

Audit & Financial Controls

- Coordinate internal audits and statutory audits.




- Implement and monitor financial controls and accounting policies.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act provisions, and financial regulations.

Strategic Financial Planning

- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Support fund management, banking relationships, and loan documentation.
- Advise management on tax planning, investment decisions, and financial strategy.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified (ICAI).
- Articleship completed.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Property Development sector will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Corporate Compliance.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and compliance.
- Understanding of Real Estate Accounting and Project Costing.
- Experience with Tally Prime, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary

Negotiable / As per company norms.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9 Hours)
Monday to Saturday

Location

Pune Camp, Pune, Maharashtra.
