Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across AI, software products, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine robust project management expertise with technical understanding to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure timely delivery, and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project delivery for software, AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
3. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to ensure successful execution.
4. Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
5. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and project governance activities.
6. Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
7. Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
8. Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
10. Drive implementation of project management best practices, frameworks, and delivery processes.
11. Support vendor management, third-party integrations, and external stakeholder coordination.
12. Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are maintained.
13. Lead change management and communication activities related to project delivery.
14. Continuously improve project delivery methodologies and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience managing technology, software development, AI, or digital transformation projects.
3. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
4. Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple concurrent projects.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
6. Understanding of AI, Generative AI, enterprise applications, APIs, and integration ecosystems.
7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
8. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
9. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
10. PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
