We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Principal to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and holistic child development. This role involves managing staff, fostering a collaborative setting, engaging with parents, and driving academic excellence aligned with the school’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

1.Academic Leadership

- Develop and implement the curriculum, ensuring alignment with best practices in early childhood education.
- Foster creativity and innovation in teaching methods to engage students actively.
- Monitor and evaluate teachers' performance and provide constructive feedback.

2. Staff Management and Development

- Recruit, train, and mentor pre-primary teachers and support staff.
- Organize regular professional development workshops for teachers.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.

3. Student Development and Well-being

- Ensure a nurturing and safe environment that promotes children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth.




- Monitor students' progress and provide support for their individual learning needs.
- Implement programs that encourage positive behavior and learning habits.

4. Parent and Community Engagement

- Establish positive relationships with parents through effective communication.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to enhance parental involvement.
- Act as a liaison between the school and the community to promote the school's reputation.

5*. Operations and Compliance*

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure to optimize efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
