Job Title: IT Manager

Work Location: Mahavir Skoda - Hyderabad

Department: Information Technology

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT operations across corporate offices, showrooms, workshops, and branch locations.
- Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure data security, system backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with IT policies.
- Manage ERP/DMS and other business applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMCs, software licensing, and IT projects.
- Monitor IT assets, budgets, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve critical IT issues.




- Support current branch setups and travel to branches whenever required.

Required Skills:

Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), Firewall Management, ERP/DMS, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure Management, Vendor Management, Team Leadership, IT Project Management, Budget Management, and Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills.

CTC offered: 4 LPA - 5.2 LPA
