We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. You will manage everything from setup to daily optimization, backed by strong analytics and a sharp eye for what is actually driving ROI. If you are certified, data-obsessed, and have real experience managing meaningful ad budgets, we want to talk to you.
What You will Do
- Set up and manage Google Ads — Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Run LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
- Write and A/B test ad copy across formats
- Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimize for the best ROI
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Monitor performance daily, adjusting bids and budgets as needed
- Build landing pages designed to convert
- Prepare weekly reports with clear, actionable recommendations
- Research competitor strategies to inform campaign decisions
What We are Looking For
- 2+ years managing Google Ads with demonstrable results
- Google Ads certified (Search and Display)
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads for B2B
- A data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making
- Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets in the ₹50K–₹5L+ range
