Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Mulund

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview follow-ups
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support in onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data management
- Help in drafting emails, letters, and HR documents
- Assist in creating, updating, and documenting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records
- Assist in handling day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

- Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain

TIMING :- 11 AM TO 8 PM.
