Job Description
Vivo Uttarakhand is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Route Trainer to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, a passion for training, and the ability to enhance the product knowledge and sales capabilities of field teams.

Fresh graduates/postgraduates with excellent technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs in collaboration with management.
- Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions for sales teams.
- Plan, organize, and execute effective training programs.
- Prepare engaging training materials, including presentations, training modules, and videos.
- Deliver product and sales training to field sales executives.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Ensure teams stay updated on the latest Vivo products and sales processes.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and training abilities.
- Sound technical knowledge (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Experience in the telecom/mobile industry will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Uttarakhand.
