Business Development Associate (Fresher) Marketing | AI | Marketing | Administration

CABA Innovatives is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates (age no bar) who have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to build a successful career in business, sales, marketing, and AI-driven customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

- Interact with students and guide them regarding career opportunities.
- Communicate through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Learn AI tools to improve communication, productivity, and customer engagement.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Maintain professional communication and basic administrative records.
- Learn industry practices through hands-on training and mentorship.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

- A Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Confident, well-mannered, and presentable.
- A quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Interested in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, or Business Development.




- Comfortable using computers and digital platforms.
- Curious about AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms (basic knowledge is a plus).
- Self-motivated and willing to grow professionally.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
