Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage HR operations, payroll processing, employee welfare, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll, employee relations, HR documentation, and manufacturing HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and other applicable labor law requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
- Handle attendance and leave management.
- Support employee welfare initiatives, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related data.
- Coordinate performance management and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.




- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW (HR & Industrial Relations)
- Experience: 2–3 years as an HR Generalist or HR Operations professional.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HRMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
